Skeptic Turned Believer (I think) On: 2010-04-26I spent several months reading different websites before trying this. I wasnt sure it would do any good, but after going to the NIH site and seeing their study I figured it wouldnt do any harm if used cautiously. I started with the recommended low doses ... 2 drops, 4, 6, then 8. Had some "D" with 8 so backed off to 7. Moved up to 9 drops after that with no problem. Im only taking it a couple times a week and was unsure of any clear benefit until last week. Out of the blue, I woke up with a horrible croupy cough. I hacked and hacked for several hours and worried that I was coming down with yet another case of bronchitis. Ive had pneumonia several times and always worry when symptoms like that hit so hard and fast. Then it dawned on me it had probably been a couple weeks since Id had any MMS. I mixed 9 drops with the activator, waited 3 minutes, then filled my glass with 1/2 cranberry juice and 1/2 water, quickly drank it all, and went to rest in bed. About a hour later I woke and realized that Id fallen asleep. Not only was my cough gone, I didnt feel like I was getting sick anymore. Of course, Ill want to experience something like this again before I can say more confidently that my recovery was due primarily to the MMS, but at this point I dont really have another theory. Deadly Substance, Do not believe the Hype On: 2010-04-26My 27 yr old daughter took this stuff according to exact instructions and nearly died. She began wasting, became weaker and weaker. The doctors did not know what to say or think since she was in a state of acute, ACUTE anemia. Her blood pressure was falling, her liver and kidneys had stopped working, she was turning gray and fading fast. Only the timely advice of a holistic medicine practitioner to give her massive doses of Vitamin C saved her life that night... one week before Christmas in 2008. Even then, it was touch and go to keep her body functioning long enough to get super nutrients into her. The damage to her liver, pancreas, bile ducts, not to mention the extreme state of literal starvation - induced scurvy - left her bedridden for months. She had to completely rebuild her body because, apparently, MMS destroys red blood cells and prevents the absorption of minerals and nutrients. It took over a year for her to get well. Im sure that in the case of a bacterial or viral infection where killing the invader is the objective, MMS might very well work and create an illusion of being a "miracle". After all, it is nothing but bleach and bleach kills germs. But for anyone - especially an ill person whose health is already compromised - to take this stuff over any period of time, is downright dangerous. MMS probably works the same way evil chemotherapy and radiation works: it destroys not only the germs, but CAN destroy the body hosting them as well. Chlorine is used to sterilize hospitals and slaughterhouses because it is poisonous to everything,not just the harmful bacteria. GREAT STUFF! On: 2010-03-26I had a bad case of the flu & my neighbor gave me some MMS to try. Within a few hours my fever broke & I stopped vomiting. Im now taking this everyday & I think its even helping with my Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue. Great Stuff!! The best health insurance there is! On: 2010-03-16I and my family have been using MMS for just over a year now, almost daily, sometimes at very high doses. It has eliminated my skin cancer, my mercury toxicity, my wifes extensive mercury toxicity, and her very serious chronic Candida issues. We have rid ourselves of several flu infections and multiple colds in hours. Weve used it to disinfect injuries and burns. Ive put it in spritzer bottles and inhaled it to clear bronchial issues for myself and others as well as spray it topically. We have not been sick one day since taking MMS! My health lately is the best its been in 50 years! We moved into an empty house that was severely infected with mold/mildew. It was obviously visible on most surfaces. MMS is the closest thing to real health insurance we have today. The article claiming death by MMS reads like a planted story to me. By my research and understanding of how it works, death by MMS is impossible. The vast numbers of successful uses, cures and healings prove otherwise. There is NO medical product that can claim any type of reasonable safety record. Please get this stuff! Works great! On: 2010-03-13I started using this when I came down with a nasty cold and this product seemed to break it after one day. I now use it when Im feeling run down and on the verge of catching something. It seems to be keeping my potential sickness at bay. I would counter that I am having a hard time not breaking up with laughter when I read about the departed Ms. Fink and her hubby (a veteran of the 04 Bru Ha Ha, whatever the heck that is) who had such a lovely time at the canoe races until they encountered the evils of MMS somewhere between Vanuatu and Bali Hai. They only kill microorganisms, bacteria, mold, fungus, candida, germs, virus, parasites to the body. MMS does not harm healthy tissue. I have been taking MMS for over two years and it has improved my health 100%. Yes, I have gotten a little sick from killing off too many bacteria too fast, but it passes and I start again and keep increasing until I am taking 30 drops a day and keep it up there for two weeks. Then I drop down to a maintenance dose of 10 drops a day. The MMS is taking money away from the big pharmaceutical. But the big pharma does not have anything that works as well or is so cheap! On: 2009-12-03I dont know about the tragic story of the death of this woman, but it amounts exactly that, a story. No verification no proof. I have many questions. Where did they buy it? How many drops did she take? What other medications was she on? etc. etc. etc. I could write any horror story I wanted about this and submit it to you as a true story and you would never know it was a lie and repeat it all over the world. As for me, I gave this to my daughter who showed up at my house deathly ill with the flu. She had a high fever, sore throat, chesty cough and looked like death walking. I followed the instructions for treatment of flu and her fever broke in the middle of the night and by the 12 hour mark she was up, taking a bath, and in the next 2 hrs was eating and back to normal with a minor cough remaining only. I have witnesses to this account. I had bought this for exactly this reason, to combat flu swiftly and effectively and I was not disappointed. I am so thankful for the quick recovery of my daughter! Yes, do your research and by all means carefully follow the instructions. Jim Humble suggests starting with only one drop. I know people who thought they knew better who started with 5 or 6 drops for the first dose and got very ill as a result. You have to work up to it! Read, read, read and dont second-guess your body. On: 2009-11-02NO one bothers to wonder weather or not the couple that sold them the mms actually had a bottle of the REAL stuff, there are lots of companies that knock it off, you have to make sure that you have a legitimate bottle of the stuff or it COULD be dangerous! I buy from a specific company (Oceans Lab) that i KNOW sells the true product, i have NEVER had any problems and will not stop taking it. i speculate that her death might have simply been the result of a bad product, and although sad, the man really needed to do even MORE research on the actual bottle that was sold to them to see if the company was safe.. Bottom line is this: do the research, you will find that this is a perfectly natural and safe product that can do amazing things for everyone, just make sure the product is from a reputable source!!! this looks like the same product i use, but this one on amazon seems to be sold by spa eden, again, do your research i can only vouch for oceans lab mms! We looked up MMS, which stands for Miracle Mineral Supplement -- oh boy! -- at a site called the Alternative Medicine Network. There we learned that the "miraculous" product, which is actually chlorine dioxide, and which needs to be "activated" by vinegar or lime juice, was accidently "discovered" by Jim Humble. Hes a gold miner rather than a chemist or physician, and supposedly stumbled upon it while prospecting for gold in South America. According to the literature, "the proof of the efficacy of this simple protocol was in successfully helping over 75,000 people in several African nations -- including Uganda and Malawi -- rid themselves, primarily of malaria, but also hepatitis, cancer, and AIDS." As we continued to read, we began laughing so hard we never got to the part that were sure claimed that MMS isnt generally available because of the vast global conspiracy by the medical profession, big pharma, the American Cancer Society and others. If it werent so terribly tragic, it would be hilarious. Were not sure where the couple who sold Silvie the MMS are right now, or if some authority will charge them with something along the lines of wrongful death. |
